1. What happens if I’m not 100% happy with the cleaning? > The Solution: We have a "Make It Right" Guarantee
If we miss a spot or a task isn't up to your standard, just let us know within 24 hours. We will come back and re-clean that specific area for free, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is the only way we grow!
2. How do you handle pets? (Hair, safety, and stress)
We love Des Moines pets! We use pet-safe, non-toxic cleaners so your furry friends are safe. We ask that you let us know if your pet has any "anxiety triggers" or if there are rooms they should stay out of. For heavy shedding, we use specialized vacuum attachments to ensure we get as much hair as possible.
What is your policy on cancellations or rescheduling?
We know life in Iowa can be unpredictable (especially the weather!). We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your time. This allows us to offer that spot to another neighbor. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a small $25 "short-notice" fee to cover our team's travel and scheduling.
Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies and vacuum?
Not at all. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade vacuums, mops, and cleaning solutions. However, if you have a specific product you prefer for your hardwood floors or granite, just leave it out on the counter and we are happy to use it for you!
How do I know my home is secure while you're there?
Trust is our #1 priority. We are fully bonded and insured, and since we are a small startup, you will always know exactly who is in your home. We can handle entry via a hidden key, a keypad code, or we can clean while you’re home—whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
